Join us for a one-night-only Creative Tasting Night, set amongst the beautiful orchard surrounds of The Orchard Yeppoon, where food, styling, music and inspiration come together to give you a true taste of what your big day could be.

This is your chance to experience The Orchard Yeppoon as a wedding venue in action, from ceremony-ready spaces and reception vibes, to picturesque backdrops nestled through the Orchards Wed Shed. All brought to life with food by the Creative Cater team, showcasing our most loved menus and interactive concepts.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT

This will be a progressive tasting event with food served by our staff to you throughout the night, experience our interactive food bars, and cocktail desserts to finish it all off. Each location at the orchard will feature different styling, giving you real inspiration for how your own event could flow. Wear your stretchy pants. 😂

Bringing their signature styling magic to showcase inspiration across the different spaces at The Orchard.

LIVE GUESTS PAINTING- Art By Joel

Joel will be onsite creating live guest paintings, a truly unique and memorable keepsake idea for weddings and events.

PHOTOGRAPHY- Tamara Porter Photography

Capturing all the moments, from the food to the laughter and everything in between. If you’re still searching for your photographer, this is your chance to see her work in action.

Setting the tone for the evening with her beautiful live vocals.

CREATIVE CAKES

Our talented cake artist Meg will have cake samples available throughout the night. If cake inspiration (and tasting 😉) is on your to-do list, this is the perfect opportunity to explore flavours and ideas.
