Grazing Tables & Ladders

Our signature Grazing Tables and Ladders are a show-stopping addition to any event. Each display is carefully styled using boards, trays, florals, and themed décor to suit the aesthetic of your celebration.    If you don’t have a table available at your venue, we offer a small selection of tables for hire. Chat with us about your event space and styling preferences so we can tailor the perfect setup just for you.


Unique and eye-catching, our Grazing Ladders are available in white or brown and are included in our ladder package pricing. These vertical displays are ideal for creating height and visual interest, and they come complete with all necessary serving props.


What’s Included

All grazing setups include:

  • Styling props, serving trays, bowls & utensils
  • Single-use plates & napkins
  • Takeaway containers for guests to enjoy later


Setup & Bump-In

Setup typically takes 1 to 3 hours before your event, depending on the size and requirements. We’ll confirm all bump-in details with you during your booking process to ensure a smooth and timely setup.

Dietary Requirements

We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs – just let us know in advance. Some requests may incur a small additional charge depending on requirements.

Delivery

Delivery outside of the Yeppoon area is available. Charges are calculated at the time of booking based on your location and logistics.

Our Party Graze is a combination of our popular grazing table and festival style street food.

All the standard grazing inclusions plus your choice of 8 additional substantial options and 3 chip options, served by our staff from our food truck.  We will continually top up your substantial options throughout for a period of 3 hours. Perfect for a more relaxed, mingle style event.

Our Elopement Graze is perfect for that intimate small wedding
