Whatever the occasion Creative Cater  tailor-make all our quotes based on your individual needs and requirements to deliver a memorable culinary experience from the first bite.

Our selection of creative menus are designed to inspire you, and we understand that every event is unique, so we will work closely with you to customise your catering requirements to cater for all dietary and budget requirements to ensure you and your guests enjoy yourself.

SHARE MENUS

Our share menus are always a winner and offer the ultimate social dining experience

Designed for guests to serve themselves and eat at their leisure. Out grazing tables and ladders are styled using boards, trays and decorative flowers and ornaments to suit your theme. All props, bowls, trays and serving utensils, along with single use plates, napkins and some takeaway containers are included in our pricing. Approximately 1-3 hours are required prior to your event for set-up depending on your requirements. Additional props outside of what we stock will incur an additional charge and your function manager can discus this with you. We can accommodate specific dietary requirements.

MINI CUPCAKES, GOURMET COOKIES & DONUTS.  A combination of our house-made Cupcakes, Mini Donuts and Gourmet Cookies & lollies delightfully decorated to match your theme


THE BARTOP CHARCUTERIE Enjoy a selection of meats, cheeses, nuts and chips and hot party food as a perfect pre-reception snack for your guests.  Serves approximately 50 people.


DIP DIP AWAY With a selection of home made breads, antipasto cob loaves and dips. Both options are a perfect pre-dinner nibble or late night snack.  Serves approximately 50 people.


GRAZING TABLE. Our Grazing tables include gourmet cured meats, cheeses & small goods, seasonal fruit & vegetables, dips, crackers, fresh bread, nuts & dried fruits, antipasto & nibbles + your choice of (6) additional options from our savoury/sweet menu.


GRAZING CONES. A single-serve portion of our most popular grazing items. POA.


FOR BREAKFAST/BRUNCH GRAZES. We do offer a beautifully styled breakfast/brunch graze with a selection of cured meats, cheeses, dips, crackers, fruits and breads, as well as breakfast favourites such as a waffle and pancake station, yoghurt & muesli. Price is on Application and will be tailored to your specific needs.


KIDS GRAZE. Add a Kids Graze to your grazing table, incorporating a selection of 3 sweet, 3 savoury & 3 chips options, designed specifically for the kids to enjoy including Pizza Scrolls, Popcorn Pots, Cheerios, Savoury Wraps, Sausage Rolls, Mini Diggerty Dogs, Fairy Bread, Chocolate Crackles, Cookies, Jelly Cups & Fruit, Cupcakes and Lollies. . Priced from $15.00 per child. (4-12 years)


PARTY GRAZE PACKAGE  Our Party Graze is a combination of our popular grazing table and festival style street food. All the standard grazing inclusions plus your choice of 8 additional substantial options and 3 chip options, served by our staff from our food truck.


We will continually top up your substantial options throughout your event for a period of 3 hours. Perfect for a more relaxed, mingle style event.

Build your own Party Graze includes: Standard Charcuterie board inclusions, Choice of (8) substantial savoury or sweet options + 3 chip options. Our Dessert Bar are beautifully designed to match the colour and theme of your special event. With your choice of 7 hand crafted desserts from our dessert menu for your guests to enjoy. 

Each guest will enjoy 2 pieces per person. (Priced from $15.50 pp). Dietaries are catered for within our Dessert menu.

Donut & Cupcake Towers. Create a Donut or Cupcake tower with our mini glazed donuts or your favourite flavoured cupcakes, or a mixture of both. Our towers hold up to 60 donuts or 80 cupcakes. (Minimum order 30 of each). Stand hire available +$65.  Our Donuts are $5 each, Cupcakes $4.50 each


DESIGNER COOKIES

Our designer cookies are made in-house and can be tailored to your chosen theme. We design our own cutters and stamps to give you your very own bespoke design. Packaged individually (min 25 per order) from $5 per cookie.


MINGLE MENUS

Our canapes pair perfectly with our share menus, offering the perfect amount of food to satisfy your guests.

Each guest will receive one of each canape from your chosen menu. Designed for a casual relaxed atmosphere where you and your guests can mingle and enjoy delicious food. Served to your guests for approximately 3 hours by our staff with garnishes and condiments. Our canape options include a selection of premium and substantial size meals served in boats or hand-held bowls. Dietary requirements can be accommodated.

Straight from our Food Truck....to your plate, our chef will dish up all the street food delights to your guests straight from our food truck for the perfect festival style celebration. 


Served to your guests by our staff, Canape style, straight from our food truck. Served in disposable bowls and plates with a selection of 5 different meal options from our Street Food menu plus 1 meal from our extras menu. Your guests will enjoy a variety of different meals throughout your event served by our staff. 

Festival Pricing is based on an allocation of 3 individual meals per person from your 5 Street Food menu choices & 1 Extra choice. 

Our menu is served from our food truck to your guests by our staff, so no waiting in line to make your selection. Menu options can also be ordered through our staff by your guests. Dietaries can be accommodated, but please discuss this further with our Chef prior to your event.

• Dessert options are also available.  NOTE. This is not a sit down menu option. • Non disposable cuttlery & crockery is an additional charge and will need to be sourced by yourself, or we can assist with this.

Offering 1, 2 or 3 course plated menu, individually served to your guests as an alternate drop, our plated menus offer a selection of Classic or Premium plated menus. Special dietary requirements & children's servings catered for.

CLASSIC ENTREE

Rueben Croquette with sauteed caraway butter cabbage and Thousand Island dressing; Thyme & parmesan Arancini served on vegetable ratatouille with caramelised beetroot jam (V); Crispy Szechuan Squid with Vietnamese salad and honey lime aioli (GF, DF) ; Karaage Chicken Strips with confit garlic quinoa with roasted red capsicum and a sweet chilli and lime aioli (GF)


CLASSIC MAIN

Cape Grim Sirloin with garlic thyme Potato Rosti with honey ginger carrot sticks with a creamy pink peppercorn sauce (GF); Five spice Chicken Supreme with roast sweet chilli pumpkin and sautéed zucchini with a sticky Asian glaze. Creamy garlic butter prawns served over Citrus Cous Cous with snow peas & fresh herbs; Twice cooked apple cider Pork Belly with cauliflower puree and pear, wombok & walnut slaw. (GF); Mediterranean Veg Fritters with tomato and red onion confit and smoked paprika yoghurt dressing (V); Chicken Marrakesh Skewers served with kaffir lime infused jasmine rice with roasted sweet potato and herb yogurt (GF)


PREMIUM MAIN

Cape Grim Eye fillet with twice cooked confit potato with sauteed garlic mushrooms, bacon dust with Dijon mustard jus and crisp pastry shard. (GF Opt); Tandoori Lamb Rump with Sweet potato and zucchini tart with honey roasted beetroot and tzatziki riata. Warm weather, sunshine & a relaxed outdoor lifestyle is the perfect combination for our Buffet style BBQ, Burger & Taco bar menus.  Served buffet style, your guests create their own meals from a selection of delicious options. All buffet menus include serving platters and utensils, as well as disposable napkins in the per person pricing. Our chef will prepare and cook your bbq, while your guests create their own dishes from the buffet.

Our BBQ buffet is your choice of 4 proteins and 3 salad dishes, served to your guests buffet style. Our chef's will cook your BBQ, and your guests can create their own meals from the buffet. Our buffet includes Garlic & Chive Potato bake, Vegetable bake, Bread rolls & butter and condiments. Disposable plates, napkins & cutlery.

Build your own Burger Bar with your choice of 2 Proteins from our Protein/Vegetarian menu, plus burger rolls, salad fillings including tomato, pineapple, beetroot, cheese, onion, carrot and pickles, plus tomato & BBQ sauce, relish, mustards, aioli and ranch dressing, presented as a self serve buffet. (GF buns available on request)

Plus a 2 piece per person Dessert Bar set out on a table or one of our ladders, with your choice of 7 different desserts for your guests to enjoy.

We have a range of per person platter and package options with menus available for breakfast, brunch & lunch.  Per person and per box grazing options are also available


A range of menus specifically designed to suit conferences and other special occasions, including breakfast and morning/afternoon tea and lunch. Please contact us if you would like a custom menu created for your particular event. Tea, Coffee & drink stations can also be provided with our platter packages.  Available as takeaway or delivery, or we can cater to your corporate event.
