There’s something incredibly special about watching a friend you’ve known for years marry their soulmate. When Baleigh walked down the aisle at Hedlow Retreat, we were lucky enough to witness that magic firsthand – and to help celebrate with an unforgettable feast.
Baleigh gave us one of the best gifts a couple can offer a caterer: complete creative freedom during cocktail hour. Naturally, we fired up our Gozney ovens and created a Focaccia Pizza Bar that turned heads and won hearts. Picture this: house-made focaccia bases, hand-topped with the freshest ingredients, and cooked to perfection by Mikaly. It was warm, rustic, and utterly delicious – a real crowd-pleaser that kept guests coming back for more.
As the sun dipped lower, we rolled into a BBQ Banquet dinner that was nothing short of a feast. The spread included juicy sirloin steak, BBQ chicken, slow-cooked pulled pork, lamb koftas, creamy potato bakes, and all the trimmings – a hearty, flavour-packed menu designed to keep the energy flowing well into the night.
Every detail was styled to match the feel of the day – from how the food was plated to the layout of our service area. It’s one of our favourite things about what we do: turning food into an experience that reflects the couple, their story, and the celebration they’ve dreamed of.
Baleigh was absolutely radiant in a dress that sparkled as much as she did. It felt so fitting for a couple whose love story is filled with joy, warmth, and connection – values that resonate so closely with what we bring to every event.
