1. Save the Date with a Simple Deposit

Once you’ve fallen in love with our food (and we’re pretty confident you will), the first step to secure your special date is to fill out our Booking Form. After checking our availability, we’ll issue a $200 non-refundable booking invoice. Once paid and confirmed, your date is locked in. Easy!

2. What’s Included When You Book with Us

From our chef-led menus to friendly service staff, we bring a full fine dining experience, no matter where your wedding is—be it a rustic countryside property or a chic coastal venue.

Our menus (like the crowd-pleasing Party Graze or elegant Plated options) include all the staffing you’ll need, setup, clear-down, and of course, beautiful presentation. We also offer eye-catching grazing tables, share ladders, and dessert bars that look as good as they taste.

3. Every Wedding is Unique, and So Are You

No two weddings are the same, and we love that. Whether you have dietary needs, creative food ideas, or a theme you’re dreaming up, we’re here to collaborate and customise. We’re happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, and we label all dietary items at your event.

4. Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Costs

Our quote includes everything discussed, and we’ll walk you through any additions like crockery, cutlery, or extended service hours. You’ll receive your final invoice 14 days prior to your event, with no payment accepted until then—so you have peace of mind and plenty of planning time.

5. We Bring the Kitchen to You

Our food trailers are fully self-sufficient and ready for anything. Whether your dream wedding is deep in the countryside or on a private beach, we’re right there with you—bringing power, prep space, and an incredible meal to your doorstep.
